Landomo is operated by Fourwalls s.r.o. The Landomo editorial team is the organizational author of guides that do not name an individual author.

A Landomo byline does not mean that a guide was reviewed by a lawyer, tax adviser, mortgage adviser, engineer or other regulated professional. If a named specialist reviews a page, that fact and the reviewer’s role must be stated on that page.

The guides help people identify the documents, deadlines, questions and professional help that may matter before they rent, buy, sell or finance real estate.

Search demand, recurring user problems and product behaviour can help us choose a topic. They do not determine the answer: factual and legal claims must be supported by the sources relevant to that question.

For Czech legal, tax and transaction topics, we prefer current primary public sources and show the material links in the guide itself.

• Read the applicable official text and record the review date.
• Separate binding law from administrative guidance, a case-specific judgment, market data and Landomo’s practical interpretation.
• Check terminology, deadlines, exceptions and the point at which individual professional advice is needed.
• Link related decision paths instead of repeating a broad answer across near-duplicate pages.
• Update the visible article date after a substantive correction or source-driven revision.

Landomo may use software and AI-assisted research or drafting to organize questions, compare versions, find possible sources and check consistency across a large guide library.

Generated output is not treated as an authority. A claim must remain within the evidence boundary of the sources linked on the page. We do not present AI output as an individual legal, tax, mortgage or investment opinion.

The date beside a guide is its publication date or latest substantive update. A dated source note records when the cited rules or guidance were checked. A newer page date does not guarantee that every external source changed on that day.

Rules and market conditions can change. We prioritize a refresh when an official source changes, a correction is reported, or search and product data show that the existing explanation no longer answers the real problem.

Report a suspected error to [email protected]. Include the page URL, the sentence or figure at issue, and the source that supports the correction. We review the report against the relevant authority and update the page and its date when a substantive correction is warranted.

Guides provide general information, not advice for one person or transaction. Facts such as contract wording, dates, ownership, notices, residency, financing, court proceedings and local permits can change the result.
