## Description

NOTE: Please read till the end if you want me to reply to your message

Looking for a new roommate as per Dec 1!

I am 38y-old German-Thai working from home, very young at heart and easygoing. I have been living in Zurich ever since my master in physics from ETH in 2012 but promise I am much less nerdy than this might suggest;)

My spacious apartment is fully equipped and has all essentials and prime access to an amazing rooftop looking over Zurich.

You will sleep in a fully furnished bedroom of 15 sqm. The spacious common areas combine a shared kitchen, dining area and living space – a good space for home office.

The bathroom has its own washing machine and dryer – game changer in Zurich!

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dish washer and oven – I like plastic-free and organic items and ingredients!

Immediate surroundings:
\- Public transport stops, which take you to Hardbrücke in 5min or the city center in 15min.
\- Popular cafe
\- Small supermarkets

I am looking for a clean and considerate individual with stable income. When you reach out to me, please include a short paragraph on:
a) Your profession + something personal
b) How long you have lived in Zurich
c) Which days you could drop by (lunch time + evenings)

Looking forward to your inquiries!
