Ab dem 01.08.2026 wird ein 14 m² großes, teilweise möbliertes Zimmer in unserer WG in Berlin-Spandau frei.
Das Zimmer ist unbefristet verfügbar, eine Zwischenmiete für kürzere Zeit ist aber ebenfalls möglich. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib uns einfach ein paar Sätze über dich.
Im Zimmer bleiben Bett, Kleiderschrank und Couch, ohne Abschlag.
Die Lage ist super: Rewe, Rossmann, Kioske, Apotheken und Ärzte sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit dem Bus bist du in ca. 10 Minuten am Rathaus Spandau.
Wir sind eine entspannte 4er WG in der zur Zeit neben mir noch eine Frau und eine nichtbinären Person wohnt. Eine dritte Person zieht bald ein. Uns sind Sauberkeit, gegenseitiger Respekt und ein freundliches Miteinander wichtig. Wir sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch und Deutsch.
Wir suchen queerfreundliche, antirassistische Mitbewohner*innen. FLINTA und BIPOC sind herzlich willkommen.
Starting from August 1st, 2026, a 14 m² partially furnished room in our shared flat in Berlin Spandau will become available. The room is available long-term, but we’re also open to shorter-term stays. If you’re interested, just send us a few lines about yourself.
The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, and couch no payment required.
The location is great: Rewe, Rossmann, Kiosks, pharmacies, and doctors are all within a 2-minute walk and it takes around 10 minutes by bus to get to Rathaus Spandau.
We’re a friendly 4-people flat with currently two women and one non-binary person living. We’re not a purely functional flatshare. Cleanliness, mutual respect, and a considerate atmosphere are important to us. We mostly speak English at home, but we also speak German.
We’re looking for queer-friendly, anti-racist flatmates. FLINTA and BIPOC people are very welcome.
