Die Wohnung ist super an die Öffis angebunden und liegt mitten im Neuköllner Kiez, umgeben von Bars, Restaurants, Cafés, Kino und allem, was man sonst so braucht. :) Du würdest mit meinem sehr netten Mitbewohner Jannis (36) zusammenwohnen, der als Sozialarbeiter arbeitet. Auch die Nachbarschaft im Haus ist super entspannt und nett.
Kosten 600 € + 600 € Kaution

I’m subletting my room on Weserstraße in Neukölln for the month of September – move-in would also be possible from August 29th.The room is fully furnished with a large bed (200 × 180 cm), a sofa, armchairs, shelves, and a desk.
The apartment is super well connected by public transport and right in the middle of the Neukölln neighborhood, surrounded by lots of bars, restaurants, cafés, a cinema, and pretty much everything you need. :) You’d be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmate Jannis (36), who works as a social worker, and we also have really nice and friendly neighbors.
Cost: €600 + €600 security deposit
