Our lovely third flatmate is unfortunately moving out, so we’re looking for a new person to join our home ✨
We’re two people Nacha and Maria, both 34, and we’re looking for a woman who fits well with our lifestyle. We’re pretty chill and enjoy having a nice, relaxed home, but we do care a lot about being clean and respectful of shared spaces. Basically: everyone does their part, communicates openly and keeps the common areas nice for everyone.
We both work and we are looking for people who are also working.
Location: Top floor, just a few steps from Görlitzer Bahnhof
No balcony, but lots of light and a great location
️ Room: 12 m2
Rent: €460 + internet & electricity (the exact amount is still TBD as we’re currently changing providers) so it will be around 530 approx.
- We both smoke, but always with window open, so is not a smelly place.
We’re looking for someone who is independent, considerate and easygoing, and who sees the flat as a shared home rather than just a place to sleep.
Important: the room comes unfurnished, you must buy the bed+mattress (muji bed and ikea mattress in good condition) and the closet for 280€ in order to the the room.
