For being in the exciting center of the city, it is very peaceful and green, situated in front of a small park with water and a café. The apartment itself has a big living room, good size bedroom, living in kitchen and bathroom. It is situated in the hinterhof on the 3rd floor, so has good natural light. The windows face our big, green garden, which the whole house uses. The neighbours are lovely and hilfsbereit, consisting of families and singles of all ages. We see this house as our own. I have been living here for 15 years and have made the decision to move out because my partner, his son and I want to move in together and be close to the school and to the mama. We are looking for a spacious, bright apartment with minimum 3 rooms in Preunzlauer Berg/Pankow. A balcony would be fantastic, but it is not a deal breaker. We also have a 16 year old cat, who is very clean and quiet. She has been used to going out into the garden all her life, but has become more of a house cat now in her old age. So wherever we move into, the cat needs to be allowed.
