About this listing
\=====
We are a four-person shared flat, you will live with Magali, Itzel, and Paulina. We are an international WG, employed and in our 30ies. We like to eat, drink and hang out together -- but respect each other's spaces and rhythms as well.
⁃ Paulina (36) makes art and kindergarten. At the moment she often practices Yoga, enjoys a game of Tichu and arthouse movies.
⁃ Magali (34) is working freelance and writing her phd on contemporary art and sustainability. She loves to cook while listening to nice tunes, is always ready for a spontaneous living room dance session, also working on her green thumb and would love to unlock the balcony’s untapped potential together with you. Brunch-Fan, interior design artisan, and outdoorsy.
\- Itzel (31) enjoys calm evenings, dinners at the flat and spontaneous apèros. She is finishing her PhD in soil ecology. She speaks Spanish, English and is actively learning German.
The spacious five-room apartment has three balconies, a lift that opens directly into the flat, a living room, an eat-in kitchen and a generous entrance hall. There’s also a washing machine, a dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and a shared courtyard.
The room is **25 m2 and costs CHF 805 per month**. It’s bright, with high ceilings, parquet flooring and a large built-in wardrobe. It comes furnished as shown in the photos.
We’re looking for someone who would be open to buying the furniture currently in the room: a 140 cm bed, a bookshelf, a desk and chair, and a bedside table.
Please drop a message telling us more about yourself and whether you'd be interested in buying the furniture and we'll organize a viewing!
