I’m looking for someone to rent a room in my apartment for September only (01.09–30.09, but you can move earlier)
My current flatmate is moving out for a new job after two really nice years of living together, and I’ll most likely have a new long-term flatmate from October. So I’m looking for someone who needs a temporary place in Darmstadt for one month – for example while starting a new job, studying, doing an internship, or looking for a permanent apartment.
The apartment
The apartment is really nice and in a great location. You would have your own private room, and there is also a third room that we use as a shared guest/storage/chill room.
There is a sofa there in case someone comes to visit, and it can also be used for some extra storage if you have things that don’t fit in your room.
The room/apartment is partially furnished. There is a bed, a big drawer, chairs and some other furniture left by the previous tenant, so you don't need to bring everything with you for just one month.
The apartment has three rooms in total:
your private room
my private room
shared guest/storage room
Of course, kitchen and bathroom are shared.

The location is very convenient:
Bus stop: ~1 minute
Tram: ~5 minutes

About me
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. I’m a 36-year-old guy, rather quiet and introverted, but always open for a chat.
I work (sometimes from home), do a lot of sports and usually spend 1–2 hours outside after work. I also sometimes go away for the weekend.
I speak English and a bit of German, which I’m still learning, so basic English would be important. Bonus points if you can help me with my German. :)
Who I'm looking for
Since we'll only be living together for a month, I'm mainly looking for someone calm, respectful, clean and easy-going.
This probably won't be a good fit if:
you smoke
you party a lot
you can't live without loud music
you don't speak any English
you don't cleaning up after yourself
