Also parking is tight this location give proximity to campus - street parking is available but has limitation in front of the building ( may need to get permit from city ) * Not a party place, mostly students/grads/young working professionals. * No criminal/no pets/no smoking/no drugs - must pass background * Restaurants, grocery store, parks, trax/bus are all close as you are in the hub and easily bikeable! * Most tenants are 18 to mid 20's students, working professionals, some going to school as well grad school , law student, pre med , economics, international students,financial firms, tech, healthcare, hospitality, non profit firms, etc. Many also work near U campus *You should pass the basic roommate test .
